FAQ

  • What if I can't remember my dreams?

This is a common statement! We will talk about strategies to improve dream recall in this discussion. You can learn strategies to improve dream recall and still benefit from the exercises.

  • My dream is embarrassing? Do I have to talk about it.

No. This is a self-guided course so you do not have to share anything with anyone. If you are concerned about the privacy of your journal, you can even destroy the writing once you have finished the steps.

  • Can you tell me the meaning of my dream?

No. Dreams are highly personal. The exercises will help you begin to find clues to possible meanings, symbols and themes within your dreams. While this process might be therapuetic, it is not therapy. If you need additional support due to distressing or recurring nightmares, please reach out to a psychotherapist that can provide additional support.

It was fun to keep going deeper into my dreams, I loved uncovering the possibilities of what my dreams are exploring. For me it was like taking a journey on treasure map. I am not usually a person who remembers my dreams, and Jen had suggested easy to implement strategies to help make that possible. Jen enriched the training with journaling tools I can continue to use long after I finished the course! Loved it!

I really appreciated this course. The steps are easy. BUT the process was RICH. By stepping into the ideas, I was able to really look at what my inner self was trying to tell me. I also liked that yes, you look at symbols ..it's MY interpretation (not a book) that gives the dream meaning. THANKS for this tool!!!
